We had the privilege of traveling to four communities in Niger State to document the inspiring success stories of beneficiaries of the Nigeria for Women Project (NFWP). Witnessing the dedication and resilience of these women was nothing short of remarkable. Their determination to excel in their crafts and their resourcefulness in leveraging the NFWP’s support have profoundly improved their livelihoods and shaped their lives for the better.
The documentary we produced focused on capturing the authentic narratives of these women—their challenges, triumphs, and the profound impact of the program on their journeys toward economic empowerment. Each story paints a vivid picture of hope, resilience, and transformation.
The Nigeria for Women Project is a strategic, long-term initiative by the World Bank to support the Federal Government of Nigeria’s commitment to achieving gender equality. By addressing systemic barriers to women’s prosperity, the project builds social assets and facilitates women’s economic participation, a critical step toward inclusive poverty reduction in Nigeria.
Through our collaboration with the World Bank on this impactful initiative, we aimed to amplify the voices of these women and showcased the program’s transformative power. Our work aligned with the broader vision of creating a future where Nigerian women are empowered through gender-sensitive, responsive programs designed to alleviate and ultimately eradicate poverty.

Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) is a revolutionary educational approach designed to address one of the most critical challenges in education: ensuring students are taught at their actual learning levels rather than the levels dictated by the curriculum. Recognized as one of the most promising solutions for improving the quality of education, TaRL has been instrumental in transforming learning outcomes for countless children. Through this initiative, TaRL Africa is providing direct support to the governments of Zambia, Nigeria, and Côte d’Ivoire to scale this approach. When fully implemented, the program has the potential to reach nearly 10 million students annually.
Dinovate partnered with the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA) under the African Development Bank (ADB) to document the remarkable journey and success of the TaRL initiative across African schools.
Our journey began in Zambia, where we embarked on this impactful project by spotlighting the transformative experience of one learner. Through this individual’s story, combined with interviews and our signature storytelling approach, we illustrated the far-reaching impact of the TaRL program. This narrative painted a vivid picture of how TaRL’s innovative methods are helping children overcome educational barriers, build foundational skills, and unlock their potential.
From Zambia, we traveled across other countries in Africa (Cote’vor, Kenya, Angola, and Nigeria) to gain insightful interviews with top-level officials from TaRL and ADEA. We also captured perspectives from teachers and several learners across the continent, delving into their experiences and the profound influence of the TaRL program on their educational journeys. These elements are being incorporated into a feature-length documentary, which will showcase the transformative impact of TaRL on learning outcomes and its potential to shape the future of education in Africa.
Through this partnership with ADEA and ADB, we reaffirm our dedication to using media as a tool for advocacy and change. By capturing these impactful narratives, we contribute to a future where every child receives an education that empowers them to thrive and succeed.

We are proud to have undertaken an exciting project that combines cutting-edge animation with a commitment to inclusivity. Our collaboration with PLANE (Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria) was to create an engaging animation video that explains how to navigate an innovative E-learning website, designed to enhance learning skills for students, teachers, and parents.
The E-learning platform offers a wealth of resources, including mathematics and numeracy materials, all aimed at improving learning outcomes. Our animation video was designed to provide a clear, step-by-step guide on how to use the website, ensuring that users can easily access and utilize its valuable resources.
What sets this project apart is its commitment to inclusivity. We created the animation video in three different Nigerian languages: Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba, including English Language. This ensures that the video is accessible to a broader audience, promoting equal access to education and opportunities.
Furthermore, we incorporated sign language into the video, catering to individuals who are hard of hearing or deaf. This thoughtful addition enables everyone to navigate the website and benefit from its resources, regardless of their abilities.
Our team worked tirelessly to bring this project to life, collaborating with sign language experts who graciously contributed to the video. The result is an engaging, informative, and inclusive animation that embodies Dinovate values of innovation, accessibility, and social responsibility.
We're thrilled to have played a part in making education more accessible and inclusive. Our work on the PLANE project demonstrates our dedication to harnessing creativity and technology to drive positive change.

Dinovate collaborated with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation at the NUTRIVISION 2024 event, held at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja. The event, focused on advancing nutrition in Africa and eliminating malnutrition, particularly among children, called for a set design that would reflect its vision of hope and transformation.
Our team transformed an empty space into an exquisite set reminiscent of a warm and inviting kitchen setup. This striking setup served as the perfect setting for the event’s highlight—an inspiring interview with global philanthropist Bill Gates, conducted by the renowned Diary of a Kitchen Lover. The design not only created a visually stunning atmosphere but also provided a symbolic nod to the event’s theme of nourishment and well-being.
The feedback was exceptional, with attendees and organizers commending the creativity and precision that went into bringing the vision to life. It was a proud moment for our team, showcasing our ability to turn blank spaces into captivating, purpose-driven designs.
By contributing to NUTRIVISION 2024, Dinovate became part of a powerful cause, using creativity to drive positive change and support efforts to improve the lives of children and families across Africa. This project reaffirms our commitment to using innovation and artistry to make a meaningful impact.
