The Brief

To provide a range of comprehensive, multimedia services to the Africa Borderland Centre, focusing on empowering and elevating the voices of Africans living in borderland regions, by shedding light on the experiences and challenges faced by individuals in these communities.

Our Strategy

The power of storytelling lies at the heart of our strategy. The focus was to inform, excite, and influence audiences by showcasing how these borderland regions are filled with hope, resilience, and an unwavering spirit despite the adversities they face. By capturing compelling visual representations of life in the borderlands, we sought to vividly illustrate their vulnerabilities, sources of resilience, and the transformative effects of overcoming challenges through meaningful interactions and interviews with community members.

The Result

We successfully produced five types of multimedia content, seamlessly integrating the multitude of activities implemented by the Africa Borderland Centre. We aimed to uplift the voices of beneficiaries and share their inspiring stories with a wide range of stakeholders. The content types we delivered are- a 12-episode docu-series, a 12-episode podcast, 12 YouTube short videos, and a catalogue of impact pictures disseminated and promoted across prominent traditional and digital media platforms to a range of stakeholders.
