Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to join our dynamic team in promoting and developing business services for Naija Champ, one of our portfolio companies that produces educational card games. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing our brand, establishing new business partnerships, generating engaging content for social media, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and increase sales
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with individuals and organizations
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms
  • Close deals and meet established sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross­functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Stay up­to­date on industry trends and monitor competitor activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Passion for education and edutainment
  • Social media marketing and content creation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and culture
